Can you style a home where I am living?

When it comes to styling for sale, our preference is always for an empty property. A blank canvas delivers the best result as all furniture and accessories are collated and presented as a package. Our professional stylists carefully position furniture, arrange accessories and make beds to create maximum impact and it’s best if these remain undisturbed for the duration of the campaign. For clients who are living in their property or want to retain some furniture items, we can provide a ‘partial style’. We can offer advice on what furniture should be removed or how your existing furniture can be rearranged and then bring in additional complementary items. We do not style rental properties that are tenanted.

Is property styling worth the investment?

Professional styling is a proven way to increase your property’s sale price. The return on investment is up to 10 times the initial cost, a relatively small outlay for a big result. Agents from all around the Albury region recommend our services because they know we deliver results.

How does the styling process work?

How long is the staging period?

The included staging period is 8 weeks, unless specified otherwise. This gives your agent plenty of time to complete the photography and launch your sale campaign.

What are your payment terms?

We generally require a small deposit to secure the booking with the balance paid prior to the styling being completed. Payment options include Visa/Mastercard, direct deposit, and Pay Later.

Can I choose what furniture & decor items you bring to my home?

Our stylists are specialists when it comes to staging properties for sale. In addition to tailoring a specific style to your property, we work with your agent to ensure we style to the right market. We also select specific pieces to compliment the photos for your online marketing campaign. Leave it to us and we’ll have your property looking stunning in no time!

How long does it take to style my property?

On average, we can style a property in approximately 2-3 hours, but that all depends on the size of your home, how many rooms we’re styling and what the access to the property is like. If you have concerns about timing, speak to your senior stylist and they will be able to give you an estimated time frame

We have furniture and décor to suit all property styles. From new and modern builds to classic red brick homes, alpine chalets to country homesteads, and everything in between! We also style 1 bedroom apartments to 6 bedroom mansions.
